Your orders will be packaged to be as efficient and cost effective as possible. Below are factors which influence the cost of your shipping.

Oversized Items

Items wich are very large or contain parts which are very long such as balloon arch poles will substantially add to the total shipping cost.  This is standard practice for all couriers.  This is also true for air-filled balloons which are light in weight, but require a box with a large volume.

Heavy Items

Items which are uniquely heavy (metal, balloon weights) will also substantially add to the total shipping cost. 

Location matters when it comes to the cost of your shipping.  Addresses within major regions/large cities will generally be less costly than those going to small towns and more remote/underpopulated areas. 

Remote ares include: small towns, towns small from major airports or cities, rural areas, small islands, towns or cities located in very Northern regions of Canada. 

The shipping service you select (Standard, Expedited, Express, etc.) will greatly impact the total cost of shipping. Do not select the cheapest shipping if you require a rushed order. Standard/ground shipping date of arrival is not guaranteed by couriers and may incur a days delay. 

If you MUST have your products by a specific date, DO NOT select a shipping service that suggests it will arrive the day before.  Add on a buffer day if you are able, or select a faster service! 

1. Try and place larger less frequent orders, and anticipate balloons you may need for future orders (especially latex band balloons that have less specific themes). 
2. Plan ahead to select standard/ground shipping.  The more last minute your order, the more it may cost as well as the stress of having to deal with potential delays.
