How do I reset my password?

Send a "forgot password" reset request, which is located on the sign in page. You will receive email shortly with a link. Click on the link in your email and follow the instructions.
If the link says "expired" wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If you have sent many reset requests, you may be clicking on the previous one, so wait 5-10 minutes to ensure you have the most recent email.
The reset links do expire, so click on it soon after you receive it.
If this fails to work, try logging in from a different browser (for example, explorer instead of google chrome).
Clear the history and cookies in your browser.
