UPS MyChoice is an efficient way to customize the way you receive your packages from UPS. It's absolutely FREE to use. They offer very convenient ways to change the address, the day of arrival, where to leave your package, and more!
Create A FREE Account
Click on or visit the link above at the UPS official website, and sign up for a FREE Mychoice account with UPS.
Go To Tracking
After creating your account, log in and click on "Tracking" at the top of your screen.
You will then be taken to your "Delivery Planner" where you can make your changes. See below for more details about this.
See Your MyChoice Delivery Planner
If you only placed the delivery today, you may not see it here until the next day. Under tracking you will see upcoming UPS deliveries.
Circled in red (Shiopment Actions) is where you can make adjustments to your delivery. You can add specific delivery instructions (where to leave it), or even change the delivery somehow (such as to a new address, a local UPS access point, etc.)
