I want to change my shipping address.

We understand at times you may need to change the address either due to a mistake at checkout, or you need to redirect it.  

Just be aware this nearly always incurs a delay, so not recommended for time sensitive orders. 

Also be aware we cannot guarantee your address can be changed once the order has shipped. If you entered the wrong shipping address, or if you wish to change the shipping address, please note the following.

1. If you just placed the order: Please contact us as soon as possible.  If you are contacting us outside of business hours, we will get back to you the next business day as soon as possible. We will do our best, but there is no guarantee that we will get to your email before the order was packed and sent off.  Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes more difficult to change an address.   
2. If your order has been shipped: Many of our orders are shipped using UPS.  UPS offers UPS My Choice, which allows you to change where or when your order arrives.  Check out the FAQ on UPS My Choice. Keep in mind that this will always add a delay of a couple days as the package needs to be sent back to a UPS location for the label to be changed, and then shipped out again.
