Missing items from my order.


There are items missing from my order!
Surprize Enterprize Inc. is committed to packing your orders with care. It is quite rare that items are actually missing. Read over the points below before contacting us.


Before Contacting Us
- Ordering "flat" mylar/foil balloons: These come individually packaged, and flat. If you selected unpackaged, these will arrive all together in one plastic bag. Please open the bag and flip through the balloons to see if all your balloons are there. Sometimes they may get stuck together due to static so be sure to check carefully.
- Thoroughly Count Your Items: Go through your order list one by one, and see if there are any "unidentified" items in your shipment. These might be the missing items, so take a close look at each item in the shipment. For instance, if you ordered 5 bags of pink latex balloons, 2 bag of white latex balloons, and 20 "flat/unpackaged" Mylar balloons, then you will see only 8 bags, but there will be 27 items total.
- Items may be packaged differently. Some products arrive to us packaged in 3, 4, or more. Some items which may appear to be one or tow, may have more inside. Please look closely at any bundles.
If Items Are Missing
If items are missing due to an error on our part, we will gladly and quickly resolve this for you.
Contact us so we may resolve the solution as quickly as possible. Please ensure you have the following information:
- Your name and email used for the order.
- The order number.
- Clear pictures of the contents of what you do have.
- Clear pictures of the box or outer packaging your order arrived in, especially if you see that it has been tampered with in any way (cut or broken box/packaging)
