Delayed package arriving too late.
My package will not arrive on time!
We and the couriers do our best to make sure your order arrives on time and in some cases early. However, delays can happpen. Read on for what we can do to resolve this as soon as possible.




For standard, 3-day select, or expedited
- The delivery dates for these services are NOT guaranteed by the courier, so we cannot guarantee them either.
- Always add on at least 1 day on top of the estimated arrival date if your order is time sensitive. For example, if you require your order no later than the morning of June 16th, then choose a date where they will arrive on the 14th (so you have one day grace in case of delays).
- If you no longer need your products due to the delay, you may return them at your shipping expense, and if the products are returned unopened and in good condition, you will receive a refund for the returned products (but not for the initial shipping).


For Express
If your order was delayed by the courier, then let us know and we will send you a return label free of charge. Once we receive the products in unopened and good condition, you will receive a full refund on the products returned and the initial shipping cost.
