Unless you are ordering inflated air-filled balloon specifically, your balloons (latex, mylar/foil, other) will arrive uninflated. We are a wholesaler, so our balloons are intended to be filled by the recipient.
We also sell hand pumps or electric air inflators if you require them to fill up your balloons. We also sell helium, helium valves and accessories for your helium tanks.
