Air Fill Cylinder With 3 Way Base

Metal racking/display with three levels of two cylinders for a total of 6 cylinder holders. Each set of cylinders can be rotated to your desired position. This model has a square base mount with hand tightening thumb screw. Can be used to hold air filled balloons on sticks, or other types of balloons on sticks. Designed for mounting to gondola shelving, but can also be mounted to table, chairs, counter tops, steel and wood supports.
