The 60/40 Helium/Air Push Valve is perfectly suited for inflating 11" and larger latex balloons. This fast-flow push valve mixes 60% helium with 40% air, leading to significant helium savings, using 40% less helium. By covering the air intakes, the inflator can also inflate balloons with 100% helium. Bare in mind, extremely high altitudes or low purity helium may reduce float abillity and float times. 

Inflate Latex Balloons with a 60/40 Mixture of Helium and Air
The Fast-Flow Push Valve has a tapered tip to easily fit 11″ and larger latex balloons. Place the balloon over the latex outlet and press downward until balloon has reached desired size. The two holes located on either side of the outlet allow the air to be drawn in as the helium passes upward and into the balloon.
