47" Balloon Mosaic Frame Heart

The package includes a complete frame that needs to be assembled. Balloons are not included in the package. The pre-cut number kit includes: Styrofoam base, cardboard sides, detailed instruction guide. Frames take less than 45 minutes to assemble. You only need a low temperature glue gun and some scissors to assemble a Nikoloon Frame. Your mosaic frames will be a great photo opportunity for all of the guests at the event!
