Storage of helium tanks

IMPORTANT!
At all times keep the tank valve closed and safety cap secured on the tank. Whenever a tank is being moved or transported for whatever reason, it must be capped.

Whether the helium tank is on a service cart or on its own, it must be strapped down to prevent falling over. It must be placed away from heavy traffic and emergency exits.

When finished using gas ensure that the cylinder is stored in a safe place to prevent use by an unauthorized person. The cylinder should be stored in an upright position and secured against accidental movement.
